Brig's First Lady
Click on the name above for pedigree
This lady is incredible. She had a
great start, but some rough handling
along the way, made her a little leary
of strangers. However, when she gets
to know you, she's one heck of a mare.
And can she ever produce!!  Every
baby off of her has been friendly, in
your pocket, and the most inquisitive
foals I have ever seen. I don't think
you can keep them away from you.
Lady is easy to breed, easy to foal, gentle with
a foal by her side, and easy to deal with all
the way around. She has a very set foxtrot,
with a great deal of rhythm and reach. She is
Bald Hornet and Black Cloud bred, and her
sire is producing foxtrotters in Europe. She
was originally bred by Darryl Caswell, and
left his farm when he passed away.  And did
I mention, she also happens to be homozygous
black?  That's not why I bought her, but it is
one heck of a bonus for providing some nicely
colored foals.
Lady produced a gorgeous bay stud colt last
spring, and he is currently in Germany, and
is a future stud prospect for his new owner.
Lady was bred to Danney's Golden
Perfection last year, and produced a
STUNNING bay filly on March 3rd this
year.  We haven't named her yet, but
pictures will b eon the Nursery page soon.
At this time, she is not for sale.  She has a
huge head nod, and can't take a step
without a natural foxtrot.
Lady is bred to Cocoa for an early 2008 foal.
I am anxiously awaiting the outcome, and hoping to get one to keep for myself.
Lady will be bred to the newest stallion at Zorro Farms.........Missouri River.  He's a direct
son of Traveler, and we're going for the biggest reach and rhythm ever.
